Spanning three generations, The Guest Book deftly examines the life and legacy of one unforgettable family as they navigate the evolving social and political landscape from Crockett’s Island, their family retreat off the coast of Maine. "Very good! Would love to revisit sometime, lots of Easter eggs you don’t realize in the moment. "

"Honestly I finished this book out of spite more than interest in the story. I paid for it so I refuse to give up. But - the story was painfully slow, the characters were boring and not very likable and the ending was abrupt. It felt as though the author just gave up after making the reader go through hundreds of pages of set-up."
