"the plan to steal the yearbooks was genius and i love how the author wrote it on her dad butttttttt im not seeing why shes in love w tag why is he so great? its like the whole book she was tryna convince me why we love him but likeeeeeeeeee i needed to be more convinced. it was ok thats all 🫃 josh ate he the best character "
"a cute, fun, quick read! after reading The Summer of Broken Rules a couple months ago, I decided to pick this one up. I enjoyed how adventurous the story was and the characters were likable (most of them). I was definitely rooting for Tag and Lily and loved seeing them find their way back to each other. as an adult reading YA, this one did seem a little more juvenile than some other YA books but still fun overall. rating this one 4/5 ⭐️
no spice, fade-to-black when mentioned. there is a lesbian couple in this book and another mention of two guys but there isn’t much of a focus on that. it didn’t bother me too much despite personally avoiding books with that topic. "
"Such a cute book! I loved the whole premise, and it was executed really well. I really loved this book! So fun and cute and a perfect way to live out all the things I never did in highschool, vicariously. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was how it ended. SPOILER AHEAD!
I can't be the only one who wishes that they'd gotten away with the prank scott free, leaving it a mystery to everyone else. I was pretty disappointed that they got found out.
Also, I would have loved to get to see some of the romance that was hinted at between Alex and another guy in the book. It's briefly mentioned in the end, but you don't get anything else besides that, which is kind of disappointing."
"I am completely and utterly inlove with this book, yes it took me two weeks to finish but i seriously loved it. all the affection filled scenes just expressed so much love and gave me whole body butterflies, tag is incredibly sweet and i am just obsessed with second-chance romances. It was also a very fun read, with good banter to follow behind the romance. Lily being alergic to lillied is seriously such a wonderful part. I cant even express how much I sobbed thinking about people while reading this. 0/5 🌶️"
"This was such an amazing book! It usually takes me about two weeks to finish a book this size but I could not put it down and finished it in four days. I also don’t normally have the patience for a slow moving book and while most of this book spans over six hours I loved every minute of it. I am totally going to read the sequel if one ever comes!"

"I would recommend this book if you liked the trope of ex-lover to lovers. Unfortunately, I did DNF this book multiple times because I disliked the whole ex-lovers-to-lovers trope. But I managed to finish the book because I liked the author's other books. I also liked how Lily broke up with Tag for a good reason in my opinion. I like how the author's books are so straightforward because I have read books where the couple breaks up and gets back together multiple times. I also liked how Lily and her mother's relationship is. When they were together, it was the funniest scenes. "
