"I absolutely loved this book! It is full of beautiful poetic prose that makes you want to slow down your reading and really savor it. I found myself only reading a chapter a night. There is a magical realism/dream-like feel to the book. I usually find magical realism pretentious and incomprehensible, but not in this case. The author somehow manages to create a riveting plot and interesting characters within this genre. Also, there were moments where I burst out laughing! What a feat, I do not really have words to describe it. Truly brilliant writing, I will definitely read more of this author!"
