"I was surprised that this movie was more interesting than I had expected. Chronicles the rise and fall of the company responsible for bringing the world the Blackberry, basically the first smart phone. From dominating nearly 50% of the cell phone market to ultimately crash and burn, down to 0% due to an inability to let go of the past , and mainly, the emergence of the iPhone. Well acted by all involved and the story moves at a good pace. 7/10"
"Amazing movie! If you’re Canadian, you’ll even feel closer to it if you’re in Ontario Absolutely well done and I have to say I laughed quite a bit. CEO or Co-CEO Jim B. is a marketing/business genius! It’s one thing to create the idea but to market it and bully hostile takeovers like that takes absolute confidence and intelligence. Unfortunately that confidence and some mistakes and personal greed contributed to the fall of the blackberry as a phone. And then you start feeling bad for the founders who had the idea and were the brains behind it all. A must watch!"

"Back in 2008 I was working for a small tech company. Right around the time BlackBerry was imploding, so was that small tech company. In retrospect, I find it endlessly hilarious that our whole office used these phones right before we were all unemployed. This is a cautionary tale detailing the rise and fall. Pretty good."
"This is a solid movie and Glenn Howerton's performance is a much watch. No one does the disappointed, 'are you effin kidding me' look better than him.
I also appreciated the cinematography that gave the film a documentary feel. With all dramatizations of actual events you have to take the facts presented with a grain of salt... that's not how they came up with name Blackberry."
