"The amount of cocaine that was consumed in the making of this movie would put the Scarface pile to shame. Just absolute nonsense. Some fun scenes but mostly hampered by its absolute shoestring budget that they seemed to not stretch at all. (The first movie had no budget but made it work, this feels budgetless). Kane Hodder is fun at least."

"So glad I waited almost the whole runtime for them to go to NY. The shots in NY were great, even saw some Easter eggs in the graffiti. And then we honestly spend more time in a NY sewer set than the whole rest of NY. Also, the ending is weird and bad, and then they retcon it immediately in the next movie anyway."
