" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For some reason anything about elephants, especially baby elephants tends to make my heart hurt so I don’t end up watching much. This is a lovely short film (did it win the Oscar for doc short?) about an amazing familial relationship formed between a couple and their baby charge. It still hurt somewhat (especially when a big change was made - I was so worried!) but ultimately it was heartwarming to watch. "
"This documentary aims straight for the heart. In the National Park of Medumala, India,There are people who are co-habitating with nature. The elephant whispers follows a indigenous couple who take care of a elephant name Raghu who was given into their care. The couple tirelessly work together to ensure Raghu recovery and survival. I love how the film highlights south India beauty, wild space, and the people and wild life that share those spaces. "
