Disquiet

"Jonathan Rhys Myers stars in a suspense thriller movie that tries desperately to be a horror movie. Nice try. I guess. The story starts out with his character living through a car accident. He is trapped with a few other people inside an abandoned hospital. The entire story is about these few people trying to escape the confines of the dark and nightmarish hospital. That same predictable rule applies: nothing is as it seems. But it is true here. The story tries to have layers to it, and for about half an hour of the plot it does succeed in that. But the rest of the movie...well, it tries too hard to be scary or surreal. But the acting was pretty good. I can say that about the movie."
