"I love a good courtroom drama, so this movie peaked my interest. Nicholas Hoult is the lead role and does a great job conveying his moral dilemma. Besides him, there are more than a few well known actors and familiar faces in this one such as Toni Collette, Zoey Deutch, J.K. Simmons, Kiefer Sutherland, Leslie Bibb, and Francesca Eastwood to name a few. It's fairly slow paced but I wouldn't call it a slow burn. The ethical predicament is revealed fairly early on in the film so the rest of the movie we are watching how Hoult's character navigates this conflicting moral imperative. There is no twist or revelation, it just plays out without much fanfare, and the ending is anticlimactic and feels unfinished. I was intrigued enough to watch it through to the end, but ultimately, I was left feeling unfulfilled as I expected more from a director like Clint Eastwood. 7/10"
"I’m at a ⭐️3.6⭐️ with it. I did enjoy it, and the cast is great. Love Clint Eastwood as a director. Love true crime drama. This one was just a *tad* basic. I was still gripped enough to want to watch it, I just felt like not a whole lot….happened? I’m having trouble putting my finger on the exact reasons here, I suppose there is just so many truly great titles out there at this point, this doesn’t feel like something I will forcefully push above the radar. However if you happen upon it or crave a lowkey courtroom drama, it’s worth the watch."
"3/5⭐️ SPOILER🚨🚨🚨🚨 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Every film isn’t built for ambiguous endings. I loved this film all the way until the very end. You ever heard the phrase “go hard or go home”?"

"Brilliant. It was a bit hard to be happy about the concept that justice was served at one point for reasons I won’t share so not to spoil it but at the end what’s right is right. Great acting, except for the whiny wife but I’m being childish here lol "

"The premise for this movie was very interesting. However, it slows down significantly after the revelation that the Juror is the offender. So somewhere near the middle of the 2nd act it lost me but I did finish the movie. It could have done more. I thought it was going to be fast paced like Denzel Washington's Out Of Time. But it didn't keep up with that movie."
"This is actually a very good film! A simple yet engaging film of a juror who realizes that he may have unintentionally caused the death of a person who is at the center of the trial, and the moral dilemma he wrestles over revealing his role in it. Fantastic acting throughout (Nicolas Hoult is easily the MVP as the juror, with Toni Collette also being incredible as the prosecutor) along with fantastic editing and score too. Clint Eastwood delivered once again as the director, and this film would not be a bad way to end a career if rumors are to believed. Very highly recommended.
On a side note, the way this film has been treated by Warner Brothers has been nothing short of appalling, especially considering that this may be Clint’s final film given his age (this is getting only a 50 theatre release and that too only for a few days). My theatre screening was packed, and it would’ve done well with a wide release IMO. This is a film that deserves a much wider audience, and I hope it finds one."

"As much as I hated the main character's actions, I could understand them. I gave this movie 5 ⭐️ because of the amazing acting by the actors/actresses and the script writing/overall flow. I do suggest you not get your hopes up for a satisfying ending, and if you don't care for moral ambiguity, this might not be the movie for you. #justice #morallygrey #ambiguous_ending #courtroom #court #drama #crime #courtroom_drama #crime_drama"
"Not very exciting but a good Sunday night watch. I love Clint Eastwood’s direction and his connection of the character with the audience. You have sympathy for the lead character even if their character is wrong or flawed in someway. Like “The Mule” would be the best example. "
"I wish I could give it negative stars it was so bad. It has some good actors in it and Clint Eastwood directed it so I thought it would be alright. Then there was the 92% on rotten tomatoes which is usually pretty good with their reviews but, my god the acting was bad and the story just sucked. And I felt like I was watching it for 5 hours while someone pulled my fingernails out. I say give it a pass. "
