"This movie is very well done and the main character in the film is on the hunt for god while being lost and found by the devil portrayed by Neal McDonough.
Without giving anything away, I would say that the film has vibes of The Matrix, Inception, In Time, 1984, and They Live.
I would also like to say that there are a few tear-jerker moments in the film and also edge-of-your-seat moments.
If you haven't seen it, I would recommend going to see it in the movie theater while it is still in them, as I watched it in the theater today "

"A fascinating sci-fi film that takes inspiration from the Biblical story of Job. Kristoffer Polaha as Kevin Garner and Neal McDonough as the Benefactor were amazing in their roles and their exchanges throughout the movie were among the highlights.
The film wrestles with the idea of why should one trust God when the circumstances in life are bad. It demonstrates that while the Benefactor/aka the Devil offers the illusion of choice in reality it comes down to choosing his way/our way or God's. It does not sugar-coat the struggle of Kevin choosing God over the Benefactor but the end does show the hope and redemption that God does offer when we choose to trust Him. I highly recommend this film to anyone interested."
