"Lately I’ve watched a lot of docs on femme celebrities who were overly sexualized or exploited in some way so had to add Anna Nicole’s story to the list. This was by far the saddest. She had absolutely no coping skills whatsoever and every bit of her self esteem was wrapped up in her sexuality to the furthest extreme. I can’t say it was the best doc of the lot or that I came away with a much deeper understanding or a strongly changed perspective of her. However it’s hard not to have some empathy for her struggles even though I sometimes didn’t terribly like her or the decisions she made. 4⭐️"
"Sad. There have been different films/specials reporting to give Anna Nicole’s “true” story…and somehow I don’t think any of them are 100% there. What’s also apparent is that she was different things to different people.
I’m very sad for the tragedy that she endured and that her daughter has to grow up without a healthy mother. "

"Interesting the story changes slightly each time someone tells it. What one thing doesn’t change is the little girl grows up with no mother and no life insurance or inheritance which is sad. All that success in whatever manner to get it and absolutely nothing for her remaining child to show for it. "
