"I love this film from 1993 with Robert Townsend playing a superhero trying to save his neighborhood. This movie is not only a comedy but shows Robert Townsend along with his community, save his neighborhood by shutting down crack houses and forms a treaty between the Bloods and Crips to end the fighting so that they can protect their neighborhood instead. It’s delivers a great message on how people in the inner city work together for the better of their neighborhood. "
