I was at work in Telecommunications and spoke to scared and bewildered people on the phone for many hours that day while being afraid that something would happen to us as our office was across the street from a large wire center. Communications hubs were under high alert not knowing what to expect after the main event. I'll never forget it. "

"If there is a documentary you should watch about 9/11, this is one of them. I rewatch it every year because of how truthful and devastingly human it is. Two brothers, Jules and Gédéon, are filming the life of a NYC rookie firefighter, and then 9/11 happens. The brothers and the entire firehouse are smackdab in the middle of the attack.
