I haven't seen this in a long time but I remembered how much I loved it. My daughter and I just watched it and it was as cute as I remember. It's so nice to watch a love triangle where no one is a bad person. It's like, I was going to pick this guy but he turned out to be a jerk so I'm going to pick you instead. It's nice to see someone pick the right person and not just the one who wasn't the a hole.
Cute southern chick-flick and worth your time. Grab your popcorn! And your tissues for the cemetery scene. "
"A romcom classic filled with lovable characters and very funny Southern humor. Reese Witherspoon, Josh Lucas, and Dr. Dreamy are perfection in this. Further appreciated how the love interests are both good options- she just chooses her true love. My ONLY gripe is that I don't think Lucas and Witherspoon's characters got enough face time- they have a few cute bickering scenes, but not many that are true bonding (just lots of them longing for each other). I would've stuck around for the additional 5-10 minutes it would've taken to add that in. "
