The CIA’s hunt is on for the mastermind of a wave of terrorist attacks. Roger Ferris is the agency’s man on the ground, moving from place to place, scrambling to stay ahead of ever-shifting events. "Watching this for the 2nd time, remember liking it, this was one of those middle eastern setting movies. Depicting war/terror in the middle east, I love Leonardo DiCaprio in this, there's a lot that can go wrong in an operation and this shows something along those lines. Just had HBO Max again and decided to give this a rewatch."
