"4⭐️ One of the weirder things to happen in the 70s. Definitely recommend for anyone into out there or obscure true crime. An entire busload of children disappears. It was national headlines at the time, almost near Patty Hearst level. Scary stuff. "

"Before viewing this documentary, I had never heard of this crime and I'm surprised by that. The pure oddity and absurdity of it all makes me wonder why it isn't more widely known and talked about by today's crime obsessed society. But the documentary itself was a little lacking. It effectively covers the children involved and interviews many survivors and how the trauma of it all affected their lives. But what it fails to do well is talk more about the kidnappers and their motivation behind it all. I found myself asking why the hell would these 3 idiots perpetrate such a foolish plan. I had to Google the answer. Supposedly, they wanted to use the ransom money to renovate a Victorian home. Ridiculous. The documentary initially grabs your attention but loses steam before the end. 6.5/10"
