"4.25⭐️ So I couldn’t get into Jenny Slate’s first comedy special which bummed me out because I so badly wanted to love it. After just finishing Marcel the Shell I pretty much had to put this one on…very happy to report it hit just right! Jenny marches intrepidly into the deepest darkest most embarrassingly honest places where stuff usually remains buried, and when they don’t no one EVER willingly puts words to them. I was totally there for it. Because everything was so REAL and hilarious. How can anyone be so freakin’ vulnerable yet so unsinkably spunky! (The stalking thing though. Almost too real. Just gonna say she’s a great actress..um yeah hopefully that’s it 😂) I know Jenny isn’t everyone’s cuppa tea but for me this show was a large cup of boba 🍵🍵🍵 (yes I know just regular green tea emojis 🤷🏻‍♂️)"

"This is the best stand up yet for Jenny. She’s so quirky and offbeat while so vulnerable and likable. She goes into some deeply embarrassing and difficult experiences but is able to turn them into a therapeutic laugh. I really enjoyed this special and hope to see more from her like this! 🫶"
