"I watched this film because Suda51 said it was an influence for a game he directed called “No More Heroes.” And yes the movie is as wild as that game. A gunslinger goes on a religious pilgrimage to become the most dangerous gun in the west. He gives up much on this path to enlightenment only to lose it and gain something much more. Sometimes abstract, sometimes unsubtle, sometimes in your face. Just like the game it influenced you should experience this film if you have a chance because there is nothing like it. . "
"It’s about burying one’s childhood, mixed with a lot of messed up symbolism. It’s not for everybody, but if you’re into weird stuff, this is the one. "
