"This was a great late night, popcorn thriller that takes place in the atmospheric rain! The reviews don’t do it justice because I had a ball with this film that illustrates that one decision can change the trajectory of someone’s life forever! A convict skips town and comes upon the house of Terry, who with some reservations and hesitation, eventually lets him in due to the bad, inclement weather. Everything starts out innocent enough, with them like old friends sharing warm tea, but then things start to feel more and more off, which causes Terry to put her guard up. From here, it’s a game of cat and mouse, predator and prey, but, boy, if Terry doesn’t put up a great fight against a man who can flick on and off his level of insanity at the flip of a switch. Entertaining and engaging to the end, this one was a pleasant surprise! I usually don’t always listen to critics anyways! "

"I just don’t understand why someone who used to be an amazing Criminal Prosecutor would see this man at her front door and not instantly recognize him as the guy everyone’s talking about who just escaped prison. Otherwise, the movie was okay. Loved the best friend hating on the husband and calling out the main guy’s BS. The twist at the end w the main guy’s girlfriend is pretty fun too"
