"This is one of my favourite Steve Martin movies. Steve completely disappears into the character Vinnie, a small time crook who sees a big deal crime. Rick Moranis plays the role of a government agent who watches over Vinnie while he is attached to the Witness Protection Program in a small town. True, there are some stereotypes that are played up for comedic effect, so this movie may not fit everyone's tastes. But I love the pure audacity of the comedy! The plot is too silly to really be taken quite so seriously."
