"I really enjoyed this seafaring film about fishermen. The plot is about a young spoiled rich kid who gets a crash course in life on a fishing boat, and learns about himself in the process. I also enjoyed seeing a very young Mickey Rooney. As much as I respect Spencer Tracy's acting, it was hard to watch him try to portray what he believed to be a Portuguese accent. But I have to say that I loved his heartwarming character. The 🌊 Ocean scenes were filmed very well, and looked as realistic as was possible."
