"A queer Gen X affair that feels like someone took every element of the late 90s threw them in a blender and then reassembled them incorrectly. It's mostly a 90s sex comedy but has the occasional absolutely devastating or brutal or horrifying scene that it's hard to figure out how to even react to sometimes. I've seen very little like this and it's made me want to watch more Gregg Araki movies."
"warning for sexual assault scene. dope movie otherwise. "

"Although there were scenes that made me disgusted you could tell how almost every character had a heart one that was just as shattered as they were. The feelings this movie displays are painfully familiar but they’re in a strange place that’s what makes this movie almost cathartic. It’s just a phenomenal experience that can’t be properly described."
