"I like the manga elements of the movie and the main character always acting like a child and not truly grown up. I also like that he’s a manga artist who always is reflecting on things like mean teachers or uptight parents. What I don’t like is the awful pacing. Unlike Tokusatsu now that feels like the editor was high off seven different kinds of speed, this movie feels like the the editor fell asleep and didn’t cut out anything. And I know it’s Tokusatsu but does the fight really have to go on for over 30 minutes? I never have understood why that fight takes so long. Overall it’s okay if you’re a Showa fan or love Godzilla as much as me I’d give it a watch."
