Mirage

"An interesting movie with a Hitchcockian setup and some Twilight Zone vibes. An accountant evacuates his office during a power outage and his sense of reality is immediately turned on it’s head. He meets a woman who knows him by a different name and she runs away from him down stairs that don’t exist. He can’t remember basic info about himself, like his birthdate, and things continue to spiral from there. Peck is good here, as his usually austere persona starts to unravel, and Matthau brings a shot of energy to the film as P.I. hired by Peck. Well worth the watch. 8/10."
