"I recall their popular feel-good songs playing on the radio back then, which brings back great memories when I still hear them occasionally from time to time since then. I didn't realize all the rough stuff that happened to the brothers and sister behind the scenes... They sure went through a great deal of trauma and made me super mad at their very controlling, abusive dad, who most definitely had issues--really bad. I was also mad at the mom and aunts for being super passive. No one stepped up to the plate in defense of the kids--it was all up to the kids, who were underage for a good portion of the time this was going on. I had also wondered what other music they may have created if not for this barrier. [I see another doc on Prime with the same name but with "Extra Raw Features," which I would have watched as well, but I see it's only available to rent or buy. What I saw in this seemed raw enough, but I could see how they could go more in-depth.]"
