When a powerful new Internet Digimon hatches and begins to consume data at an alarming rate, the Digidestined - kids chosen to save the digital world - must put an end to the destruction before the damage becomes irreversible and worldwide communication halts forever. As computer-based missiles are launched, and a wayward Digimon kidnaps the Digidestined, only the combined efforts of a worldwide network of kids and a new group of "Digidestined" can rescue the others and stop global disaster.

"Nostalgia blast! Lowkey the music makes this a solid 7-8. Definitely a favorite even though it cut from three different movies… but the music from the original Japanese dub is so bland compared to this. "

"It is endlessly fascinating to me that the soundtrack to this movie includes Less than Jake and Mighty Mighty Bosstones in it. I almost lost my young mind when I saw this in theaters and "The Impression That I Get" started playing. I hadn't, at that point, even considered the possibility that anyone making any kind of creative decisions for a show like Digimon would even know what Ska was."
