"I’m surprised I’m the first and only comment on this movie. It started of very simple at the first half. It’s kind of just the set up introducing characters, him and tonny joking around. I didn’t think much of it. But the second half I’ve never been more invested in a movie. I like the look of the film first off it’s dark and has its own unique look that’s hard to explain. Too put the plot simply its about a drug dealer who owes a lot of money. When I say it like that it doesn’t sound great. But as the movie is proceeding you see the character just act more and more desperate. You see him desperately trying to save his life. Very solid. Not for everyone for sure. But I loved it. "
"Wow! What a messy masterpiece! The story is nothing new, but the way it was executed felt like a breath of fresh air. The entire cast really acts their a**es off in this film. The heavy use of handheld camera angles really makes you feel like you're in the underbelly of Copenhagen. I also dug the use of natural lighting schemes to make this look more "documentary-like." I also loved how the ending leaves you wanting more in a good way. While not for the casual viewer, "Pusher" is overall a beautiful, yet toxic, marriage of a 70s neonoir crime drama and a 90s gritty/avant-garde European thriller. "
