"This was really cute, even though I'm not a huge fan of found-footage movies. The alien was adorable and the friendships were sweet. It's a coming-of-age movie that takes place in only 24 hours. SLIGHT SPOILER AHEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure how people didn't hear/see things throughout the movie but the ending was the most far-fetched because only one person sees or hears, what I imagine is, the incredible noise and spectacle that took place in a neighborhood. "This movie is ENTIRELY made for kids. An as an adult who enjoys kids movie, it is obvious that there is nothing beyond what's happening on screen. I thought there'd be more- I was wrong. If you have you g kids. It's a good distraction. If you want to watch something with your kids? I'd say pick something better."
