The U.S. government, eager to protect the nation's avacado supplies, recruits feminist professor Margo Hunt to make contact with the Piranha Women, an all-female tribe who believe men are only good as a source of food. Accompanying Dr. Hunt on her trip are Jim, a guide of questionable competence, and Bunny, a student of unquestionable incompetence.

"This was in heavy rotation on "USA Up All Night" back in the day which meant at some point I’m sure I taped it on a Saturday night then watched it on a Sunday morning so it kinda made sense and gave me good feels watching it this morning. The movie itself is pretty fun and has a high rewatchability level. I love Shannon Tweed playing a feminist professor and Adrienne Barbeau playing a professor turned tribal leader who looks like the centerfold in a “jungle women”-themed issue of Penthouse. In other words, there is absolutely nothing realistic happening in this movie and that’s fine by me."
