The sheriff and his deputies from the first movie decide to take a vacation in the Caribbean. Their holiday will be short-lived, however, as the thawed murderer gets inadvertently re-frozen and brought back to life. As if that weren't bad enough, he now has the ability to remain frozen even in tropical temperatures, and he's headed south to settle some old scores.

"This movie is a powerful nostalgia trip for me. I rented this move with my best friend for a sleepover and it was the first time I’d ever been exposed to So Bad It’s Good movies. The plot is so dumb, the characters are one-note simple, and the effects are so bad that it’d give Goosebumps second-hand shame…but it’s also endlessly quotable, enjoyably funny, and sure to be a Bad Movie Night that’ll be hard to top—you’re not getting the self-aware “It’s stupid and we know it” bad like The Gingerdead Man, but playing it straight while being just enough in on the joke that it doesn’t get annoying. This is the guiltiest of guilty pleasures for me. "
