"2/10. OMG. Possibly the worst casting in cinematic history. Meryl Streep as a rocker. I don't know where to begin at how awful Streep's performance is. She is a horrible rock singer. What on earth were they thinking? The worst cover versions of rock classics (sung by Meryl) are played throughout, enhancing the pain for viewers. Segments of Streep performaning at a roadhouse have such an artificial, whitebread feel. Rick Springfield pulls off his character very respectfully."
