"The occasionally bad (but entertaining) acting and awesome low budget puppetry are what really make this movie for me. I sympathize with Duane and Belial, but Jesus, Belial's kind of a little creep, ain't he? The Hotel Manager is one of the best horror side characters I've seen, and I'm really glad Casey wasn't killed off. Take a shot every time they show that damn hotel sign, I know it eventually had a payoff but I think it could’ve been shown 3-4 times less and still gotten the point across lmao"
