"It’s about family and the ways of coming together. For this particular family… it’s food. Soul Food. Cooked with love and with help of the family being together preparing, cooking, serving and sitting down around the table. How those good ole days have gone and passed. This movie is a good reminder that family is incredibly important no matter the differences. Set them aside and come together in peace. Enjoy some family home cooked recipes. Learn and pass them down to your children by getting them involved. It’s all about togetherness. "
