I Stay with You

"I really liked parts of this film. But, I think some changes could have made the film better overall. For one, the last 5-10 mins of the film are unnecessary and, if anything, take away from what transpired prior. I’d have ended it when the camera cuts away to the wall (for way too long!). I also have a hard time understanding how the visiting girlfriend’s comfortability (and general character) switches up. She suddenly reacts very violently after only an exchange of words. It just isn’t a believable turn to me… at least not without the film having introduced a past traumatic experience, etc. I still think it’s worth a watch, tho it wouldn’t be a film likely to come to mind if I was asked for suggestions."
