"This is an interesting little independent neo-noir hitman movie. It was shot (guerrilla style w/ no permits) in the heart of NYC during Christmas in the early 60s. The mix of the noir visuals with all of the Christmas lighting gives it a unique look. It was hard to not to think of Fincher’s The Killer during this. Both films are dominated by voiceovers where the killers talk about their tradecraft and philosophy while massively screwing up what they’re doing. 3.5 out 5 stars."
