"I love this bizarro genre crossing movie with my whole heart. It literally starts as a pretty heartbreaking drama and takes a turn for comedy exactly halfway through. The coming-of-age-angst is on point, the love story is so weird, and Rupert is so sweet. The small town vibe is so wacky it's almost Lynchian. Adorable manic-pixie-dream-Keanu and his asymmetrical hair can kidnap me for ransom any day."
