"An extremely basic cop-searching-for-a-wily-killer film, done by Cannon and inexplicably starring Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris, the martial artist, does very little here. Which leaves us with Chuck Norris, the actor. This is an absolute mess. However, it delivers a ton of unintentional laughs. Almost every scene Norris is trying to be romantic and charming are so cringe worthy and out of place, that they made me laugh each time. Worth experiencing once despite being terrible at so many levels."
