"I'm a writer and I have loved typewriters since I was a kid. My Mom had an old manual portable typewriter. It came in its own case and weighed about seventeen pounds. I learned the keyboard and by the time I took formal typing classes, I was very fast and accurate due to my experience with and memorization of the layout. To this day I am extremely fast and accurate. This documentary is about a small business in Berkeley, CA that repairs and maintains typewriters. I was fascinated by this. The appearance of two of my favorite artists made me so happy. Tom Hanks and John Mayer, thank you for this. "
