"A very brainy movie. Lots of maths. MC is an undergrad math bro, and Gillian Anderson, who may have 15 minutes of total screen time, is a math prof. So... math, a few UFO sightings, our response to them, and what are they trying to tell us. Imo, you must be sciencetificly inclined and be interested in the possible existence of intelligent life outside earth to enjoy this movie, which is well made, puts some suspense in what could have been dry, and inelegantly add a few human and philosophical touches in the mix. Not for everyone, but interesting and enjoyable for some of us."
