Turo is stuck in a small village and the best thing in his life is being the lead vocalist for the amateur metal band Impaled Rektum. He and his bandmates have practiced for 12 years without playing a single gig. The guys get a surprise visitor from Norway -- the promoter for a huge heavy metal music festival -- and decide it's now or never. They steal a van, a corpse, and even a new drummer to make their dreams a reality.

"Where the f*ck has this movie been all my life? It's amazing. It's trash, but it's trash in the coolest way possible. Finally! It's a movie about metal that doesn't take place in the 80s or 90s. The humor in this movie is more than a bit juvenile, which I love. I mean this in the warmest way possible. This is the cinematic equivalent to a turd dipped in gold. TW, a lot of humor in this movie is extremely outdated, which is surprising for having been released in 2018. This movie is very geared toward a specific audience. I love this movie and most everything about it. And I can't wait to check out the sequel. Which was released this year. 2024"
