"I was pleasantly surprised to see how the Batman lore was expressed in anime. Some scenes are haunting and beautiful. Seeing Batman in feudal Japan were some of his foes are Daimyo trying to be the next Shogun is genius. The art of anime and the darkness and brooding nature of Batman are blended beautifully. The voice acting is solid and strong. I don't want to spoil anything, so I only will only suggest...suspend your disbelief, and expect the unexpected! 😲 Make sure to watch the credits and the post-credits scene!"
"TL;DR: Yes, Heavily recommend, go watch it.
Alright, this movie, is perhaps Batman’s greatest animated adventure so far. With beautiful animation (of course, some of the people behind Afro Samurai were behind it), awesome action, pretty decent story with some cool references (slight spoiler, but there is a scene near the end of the film that reminded me of the Megazord from Power Rangers or from Voltron), there are cool introduction scenes for each villain that are reminiscent of a video game boss introduction (especially in Japanese games. I thought of Borderlands when I saw it because I cannot think lol), and just other cool stuff. It made me giddy, I was looking forward to rewatch it.

"Wasn’t originally on my list but a friend gave it to me so I couldn’t refuse! Honestly I hate how good this movie was, it featured a good cast of villains, good plot, and good fight scenes! It’s nice to see Batman shining through despite his lack of technology. And, unpopular opinion, but the 3D animation was… nice. Some parts were ofc a little clunky but it made the movie more exaggerated and I felt captured the characters well! Also I can’t imagine 2D animating mecha "
