"Cosmopolis is a movie I enjoy largely because it's so different from other movies. It reminds me a lot of something written by Ayn Rand, in that it's extremely long-winded, exceedingly political, and has it's characters speak only in flawlessly constructed scholarly essays. It's a good movie, but it's not for everyone. "

"This movie comes in waves of absolutely terrible dialogue and extremely poignant, moving scenes. A weird experience to watch. I feel like I did actually understand most of it, but it felt like it was treating shallow topics as extremely deep ones. Lots of talking around things, disjointed conversations, cryptic language, hypocritical characters, strange imagery. Just weird."
