"This is one of those so bad its good movies. Two or three repeated sets, over the top acting in some places, awful cgi, and a ploy that is nonsense. A great laugh. "

"Yeah…now I know this movie isn’t that good. When I first watch it I freaking loved it! And genuinely defended it…I thought it was so good and now? I think it’s okay. I still enjoy some of the shark action and some of the characters aren’t awful like Carl Durant and Trent. But yeah…the baby sharks suck, some of the acting is wonky and cheesy, the plot is a rip-off of the original (though the original is also a rip-off of Jurassic Park so both Deep Blue Sea 1 & 2 are rip-offs of Jurassic Park. Thanks to The Horror Shark for sayin this). But still a fun and decent shark movie. "
