"If Nutcracker was originally a fantasy action themed novel this would be the proper movie adaptation, and I honestly get addicted to it. I wouldn't go out of my way to watch this, but when I do I can't stop. It's a very strange adaptation to the nutcracker storyline but I love the innovation. They changed the soundtrack to be a musical and put words to the classic tunes we know. I mostly skip the songs though, since they're not really good. Creative but not great. Still this movie is extensive. I appreciate what it does and the amount of work that went into it and the sets."

"It wasn't great! It was kind of weird. I like musicals a lot and this is totally weird saying that it might have been better if it weren't a musical. I think it had potential. The dark parts of it appealed to me as well as the beauty. I'm willing to give it some second chances. It's just...weird."
