"It’s a cute kids movie to watch, I liked the design and art style. It was nice to learn a little about Peru and the culture. And your kids might learn a few Spanish words that cracked me up and was a little cringy because the Spanish Conquistadors would mostly say one word sentences like, “fuego” “tesoro” “vamos” and “mio”. Not to downplay how serious and awful it was that the Spaniards raided other countries and destroyed peoples’ properties and lives though. It could lead to a good conversation about history and how people did awful things, but of course, explain it at age appropriateness."
