In the Shadow of the Moon

"I so wanted this movie to work, but ultimately, it falls flat for me. The thriller aspects of the film work really well, chasing down a serial killer who injects the victims with a mysterious substance that makes their brains bleed out of their eyes, ears, noses, and mouths, was twisted and intriguing. But then the sci-fi time travel aspect has too many plot holes, and the main character's lifelong obsession with the mystery of it all to the point that his life is in shambles because of it, was depressing. The trailer made me hope that it was put together better, but I ended up being disappointed. 6/10"
