The Last Boy

"I had to read what others have said about this movie's ending to try to get a feel for its meaning. Not because I couldn't come up with my own ideas but because I wanted to see the various thoughts about it. So...this was a different kind of story. Apocalyptic without the mess. No gore, no plundering and raping and killing. Just a boy, on a journey, sent by his dying mama to find the place where wishes are granted. I don't know what is meant by the ending but that's ok. It's nice to speculate and to read what others thought. There may or may not be a part 2. I'm hoping there is but it's hard to find any information on it. Wikipedia doesn't even have THIS movie in its database so is of no help. I'll be keeping my eyes open for it though."
