"This is a phenomenal documentary. You follow the man who suffered through it all go back and ask the people involved about their thoughts and perspective of it all now that he's older and has a better understanding of things that he just didn't know as a kid. You see the people make peace with themselves and finally put to rest their past and move forward with their life.
The documentary ends with a touching and hopeful sentiment that may or may not leave you tearing up just a little. "
"Very well done documentary on siblings abused by family members, how the abuse was reported in the 1990's & how the abusers were prosecuted. The filmmaker, Sasha Neulinger, was the abused & has turned bad into promise for good in establishing www.voiceforthekids.com . It is changing the manner in which reporting abuse is less harmful / difficult to/for the abused. Great work!"
"I cried. I cried so hard, through the whole documentary. What these children went through was horrible. The father should have known better and that made me angry. I want to say I cannot believe these things happened to these children but unfortunately, that isn't how life is. More documentaries need to be made to show people what can happen even if things seem ok.this documentary shows also that power and money makes it easier for predators to be evil free of consequence. "
"I like true stories."
