"This is some really good pulp fiction. Tragic love story crossed with a gangland shoot em up with an ultra violent and bloody last 30 min. I won’t even rake it for being overly long. Cutting scenes must be like losing loved ones to directors, especially when they’re this beautifully shot. Really well written with a foreseeable, but nonetheless awesome, ending. "

So many awkward, drawn-out moments. “Moments” isn’t the best word, since some felt like they dragged on forever. Initially, I liked the main character. By the end of the film, particularly his final scene, I was ready for him to die. 🤷‍♂️ (Thanks screenwriter, director & editor.) Also... cliche caricatures, over-done performances by supporting cast, and a film title that doesn’t make sense."
