"This movie tries so hard to be a scary alien or creature movie, with falls really flat. The story takes place in a small Australian town where everyone knows one another. People start to act strangely, and soon there are dead bodies in parts of the town. There is only one truly tense moment at the last ten minutes of the movie. The storyline is confusing. There are just a collection of scenes that try to make people in the town seem desperate, but it is hard to feel sympathy when the plot doesn't fully flesh out or make sense. Too bad. The characters all seem pretty lost. The plot could have been so much more. It just wasn't scary. Oh well."
"This one is hard to rate. Sometimes the pacing and effects are not bad. Sometimes they’re awful. The actors seem to be trying. At times the directing is ok, but then it’s like they went on break and the rest of the film just carried on without a director. The plot is interesting. It had potential. It’s watchable, but don’t expect much. "
