"I was never a huge fan of the Go-Gos - I liked their songs well enough, and like many guys had a minor crush on Belinda Carlisle.
But the description of this documentary struck me as more authentic than most - and it indeed was. Created with the cooperation of all the major band members, and with cameos from the other two founding members, it’s a good - and unflinchingly honest - story that has never been heard before.
Definitely worth watching if you are a fan of the band and/or if you lived through this era. "
"Thorough doc of a critical band. "
